AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
After School Club at Kidz Place is the perfect addition to the school day - time for fun, socialising & relaxing
Each day children are collected from school by our staff teams, they are taken to Kidz Place and follow our safe guidance on covid handwashing.
Each child is offered a snack from our snack menu (see below)
EYFS children are supported by our trained staff to build on their development skills and this is recorded in their individual files
Key stage 1 & 2 children are supported with reading and homework upon parents requests.
Each child is encouraged to make their own choices regarding the activities they choose to participate in. Afterschool club offers structured activities as well as free choice.
Within a child-centred environment, qualified and experienced staff provide all children with a healthy snack and the opportunity to take part in a wide range of planned and free play activities including role play, arts & crafts, cookery, games, outdoor play and lots, lots more! There is also equipment such as skipping ropes and sports equipment,
Parents can pick up at any time up until 6pm. All children must be signed out by an adult over 16 who is named on that child’s registration form.
new afternoon menu & safe snack setup
We will be changing our menu and supplies to ensure we continue to provide each child with nutritious breakfast and lite bite but reducing and minimising children having to make contact with the food. We have adapted our food preparation and menu, all food preparation is in line with Health & Hygiene requirements.
**Please note: all Kidz Place Clubs are nut-free zones.**
Payment
Places booked must be paid for at the the start of each month, we accept payment via bank transfer, childcare vouchers, government child care payments, these must be made in advance.
Bookings
Parents / carers are required to book their child’s place in advance, weekly, or daily based on urgent need.
Please note that places are only guaranteed once they are booked and paid for. 28 day cancellation policy applies to all afterschool and breakfast club places and must be given in writing
